About Sheba
I work with thoughtful, capable people who feel stuck when making important decisions about their relationship, career, or life direction.
Often the issue isn't intelligence or effort.
It's overload. Too many voices. Too much pressure. Not enough space.
My work is centered on focused listening and structured clarity sessions for people at crossroads. I offer private decision clarity support for those navigating life transitions, relationship uncertainty, and professional turning points.
Most eople already know aht matters to them.
They just don't have a space quiet enough to hear it clearly.
My approach is grounded in listening, presence, and clarity rather than advice or pressure. I believe most people already know what matters to them. You just might not have a space to hear it clearly.
My Approach
I don't tell you what to do.
I don't rush decisions.
I don't position myself as an authority over your life.
Instead, I offer a calm, structured, confidential space where your thinking can settle and your own clarity can emerge.
Listening is not passive. When done skillfully, it creates movement without pressure. Direction without being pushed.
All Listening Sessions are private and confidential.
My approach has been shaped by years of mentorship with teachers who emphasize disciplined listening, neutrality, and deep presence over intervention.
Why This Matters to Me
Before offering private listening sessions, I worked in media, marketing, and government, environments where decisions are often made under intense pressure and competing agendas.
Those years reinforced the importance of neutrality, discretion, and clear thinking under stress.
I've seen how quickly clarity returns when someone feels fully heard, without interruption, judgment, or advice layered on top of their own thinking.
That experience shaped this work.
What This Work is About
